Payment Details
Payment details will be shared via email once an appointment has been made.
Payment
All payments must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the session appointment.
If the session is due to take place within 48 hours, payment must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made via email ross@transformmetherapy.com
Cancellations made by the client between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session time will be refunded at 90% of the charge.
Cancellations made by the client with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded at 50% of the charge.
In the event of a cancellation by Ross, the session will be rescheduled where possible or fully refunded.
Rescheduling
To reschedule a session, an email must be sent to ross@transformmetherapy.com at least 24 hours prior to the session time.
If an appointment is rescheduled by a client, the client will be given a 6 week period to take their session. After 6 weeks, a rescheduled appointment will only be given in extenuating circumstances. No refunds will be given.
