Ross delivered a brilliant RTT session that has helped me tremendously with depression. The hypnosis allowed me to be fully relaxed and access my subconscious. I was surprised at the root cause of my issue, however, I was able to make sense of this and to make the connections which has given me a sense of freedom.
I feel lighter and a a sense of foreboding has been lifted. I am now in a position to look at my future more positively and have renewed optimism.
Ross has taught me the importance of what I say to myself and I will use the tools Ross has given me to make life better.
My personal recording is great and it is becoming more familiar as the days pass.
I'd recommend working with ross if you do feel you have an issue to be addressed. I'm confident he can help you to address the past and to move forward.
Ever since speaking to Ross and learning about RTT I have found myself looking at life so much more positively than I have done in 20 years.
Speaking with him and going down the Rapid Transformational Therapy route has 100% had a positive impact on myself.
Learning to accept, thank and move on from past experiences that have had such a hold over me has been the weight off my shoulders I have been looking for.
I would recommend RRT for anyone. Whether that be your confidence, looking for some closure on the past or just wanting to find some comfort within yourself.

I wasn't sure what to fully expect when contacted Ross for more information about RTT and what it involved.
Ross explained it perfectly and he made sure to put any potential nerves at ease. Ross was very easy to talk to and during our session I was able to find some of the root causes of my sudden anxiety around work which had been hindering me for a length of time.
After the RRT session, Ross provided me with a guided hypnosis which involved positive language and was specifically tailored to me.
The guided hypnosis was easy to listen to each morning and night, and it was very easy to fit into my routine and to maintain for the following 4 weeks.
I have already experienced a change in my thought processes linked to work, and I am genuinely feeling more positive and confident overall as well as being more productive too.
Personally, I have more steps to take but I am ready for these because of my RRT experience with Ross.
